We’re looking for established high-end beauty businesses to join us in our luxury studio in Ajax, Ontario! The spaces are located on the second floor of a beautiful heritage home that has direct street exposure on a very busy street in the historical Pickering Village.

Room Rental includes:

  • HST, TMI and Utilities

  • Access to a shared kitchenette

  • Luxury common area and waiting area with bottled water and beverages for your clients

  • 2 washrooms 

  • Free private parking lot

  • Free WIFI

  • Private use of the entire Studio for photoshoots or filming (additional fee) 

  • Access to a private training room (additional fee)

  • Lash Extensions

  • Brow Services

  • Microblading

  • Permanent Make Up

  • Esthetic Services

  • Massage (RMT) or Facials

  • Hair Removal
